The CPSA team has organized an annual reflection meeting in Kep to present the results achieved as well as reflect on the work done in 2021 and the plan for the new year. We also provided capacity building to our team and members of our partner institutions, including Farmer and Nature Net (FNN), OOM Creative, and the Agricultural Cooperative in Kampong Chhnang province, on results-based management, working with private institutions, and pitching to donors and partners. It is also an opportunity for our team and partners to bond and understands one another even more.
